Comments: Another 3-6" of snow overnight to blanket Mt. Mansfield & Spruce Peak, and todays forecast calls for more light snow. (The storm is very localized & elevation dependent, with not much more than a dusting in Stowe village this morning.) Winds are brisk this morning; they should not affect lift operations but add a layer to enjoy Stowes great conditions. (Check Stowe.com/livetime for up-to-the-minute lift status.) We groomed 50 trails overnight, including steep favorites Hayride and Nosedive, plus five terrain parks and the half-pipe. Todays "Share the Slope" message: Observe posted signs & warnings, and stay off closed trails. Todays Event: Eastern Cup races on the Main Street trail. (Theres plenty of room on the right side of the trail to catch all the exciting action.)
